How do you ensure records aren't damaged during shipping?

We use high-quality, reinforced cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl. Each record is padded with bubble wrap or stiffeners to prevent corner dings and seam splits during transit.

What is your return policy for opened vinyl?

We accept returns on opened items only if there is a verifiable manufacturing defect or playback issue. For change-of-mind returns, the record must remain in its original factory seal.

Do you sell original pressings or modern reissues?

We stock a curated mix of both. Each product description clearly states whether the record is a vintage original pressing, a limited edition color variant, or a standard modern reissue.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery's progress.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
